  • For orders placed Monday through Friday orders process within 3-5 business days. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the order will began processing on the next business day.

  • If you have waited 24 hours before tracking your order and your tracking information is still not updated, please email us at customercare@theecourtneysimone.com with your name, phone number and order/invoice number so we can help you further.
  • Please contact USPS or UPS (the appropriate company that shipped your package) to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed, please update us with the claim number and we will send out a replacement.
