- For orders placed Monday through Friday orders process within 3-5 business days. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the order will began processing on the next business day.
- For Domestic orders, shipping can take up to 7 business days after the order has been processed.
- For international orders, shipping can take up to 15 business days after the order has been processed.
- We use two different companies, USPS and UPS
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. To avoid this from happening, please zoom in to the product pictures to get a better look and refer to the size chart provided for the correct sizing. Make sure to also double check the cart before checking out and going through with payment.
- If you have waited 24 hours before tracking your order and your tracking information is still not updated, please email us at customercare@theecourtneysimone.com with your name, phone number and order/invoice number so we can help you further.
- Please contact USPS or UPS (the appropriate company that shipped your package) to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed, please update us with the claim number and we will send out a replacement.
