Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds

  • All Sales are Final! We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective (when we are at fault).
  • Digital products will not be refunded or replaced. Please make sure the digital product being bought, is the product you desire. Digital products will only be resent if our company is at fault for a missing, incorrect, or damaged file sent.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service at the email customercare@theecourtneysimone.com with your name, order/invoice number, images of the damaged product, and/or video clips of the defective product. In the subject line, please include your name and order number. You will be provided a full refund (minus the shipping fee, if any) upon the return of the damaged or defective item. All orders being returned due to damaged or defective items will receive a prepaid return shipping label and it must be returned within 10 days of delivery.


Lost/Stolen Packages:

  • If you have not received your package and suspect that it has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping company (USPS or UPS) to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed, please update us with the claim number, and we will send out a replacement. The processing time for your replacement will be the same as a normal order: 3-5 business days.
