Shipping policy

Processing Times:

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
  • Due to high volumes of orders during Holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and major sales, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for processing, which can take up to 15 business days. If there is a significant delay in your order's shipment, we will contact you directly via email (the email provided when ordering). The processing time during these times of the year will be displayed on the home page.

Shipping:

  • Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS foreign orders are shipped via UPS or DHL
  • $10 Ground shipping if shipped via priority mail and can take up to 3 business days.
  • Free shipping is shipped via first class mail and can take up to 7 business days
  • We will send the tracking number to the email you provided when placing your order
  • Tracking information can take 24 hours before it's updated, so please allow the allotted time before you begin tracking your order.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days "After Processing" for your package to arrive.
